As a Tecovas Seasonal Sales Associate you will support the store leadership team through the cultivation of a store environment catering to an unmatched customer experience. You will provide exceptional service in all aspects of the sales floor - greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, cash wrap, restocking and overall shopkeeping. Seasonal Sales Associates are responsible for outstanding customer service and demonstrating superior knowledge to customers during periods of high volume. In order to provide our customers with the best Rodeo Season shopping experience, you will be required to be flexible with scheduling and available to work hours that may include early morning shifts, weekends, evenings and key events. This is a temporary role with an expected start date in early February and can last through the end of March. Opportunities to become a permanent Sales Associate may become available after the season pending individual performance and business needs.
