Submissions Team Lead - Power Projects

The Opportunity The Submissions Team Lead is part of the Power Projects Growth team, providing leadership to a team of submissions resources in addition to full time bid writing and submissions management responsibilities. Key to this role is providing direct interpersonal leadership, mentoring and supporting direct reports to further develop their own capabilities. The Submissions Team Lead will support the Head of Submissions in the optimisation of resource allocation to ensure Power Projects bids are appropriately resourced and to identify opportunities to stretch direct reports for skills growth. Additionally, they will keep abreast of business capability and opportunity pipelines for the Power Projects business and provide peer review of direct reports’ work to ensure compliant submissions and alignment with best practice bidding principles, applying the depth of their experience to provide constructive feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
