TITLE: Extrusion Technician C POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position involves collaborating with fellow operators to conduct manufacturing tasks, ensuring the timely and efficient production of flexible products that meet customer specifications. Responsibilities include assisting in the setup and operation of thermoplastic extruders and related equipment to convert plastic resins into blown film for plastic sheeting and tubing. Additionally, the role entails supporting team members in executing operations according to established production standards to ensure the delivery of quality products. QUALIFICATIONS: - A High School Diploma or equivalent - Legal eligibility to work in the US - Two years of equivalent job experience in the extrusion discipline preferred - Forklift truck certification is a plus - Ability to operate a film extruder and related equipment - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of personnel - Proficiency in reading and writing English - Basic math skills including the capability to read a ruler and measure in US standards - Strong multitasking skills - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accom...
