Location: Aiea, HI: Status: Full-time: Days/Hours: TBD: Base hourly pay rate: $19.74 to $21.71 In this role, you will: - Assists or resolves client issues by performing a thorough investigation of the issue, evaluating findings, and responding to the client in a timely and efficient manner - Assists in resolving discrepancies in reports by consulting with technical and managerial staff - Understands specimen requirements as they pertain to lab testing in order to provide accurate results.
