The Senior Business Analyst - Transformation Office MedTech (m/f/d supports the effective execution of transformation initiatives across the MedTech business by driving structured tracking, coordinated delivery, and clear communication. The role plays a key part in ensuring initiatives progress as planned, milestones are met, and interdependence across functions are actively managed. Serving as a central point of contact for transformation initiatives, the role facilitates close collaboration between global and local teams, supports consistent ways of working, and enables transparent communication with senior leadership. In addition, the role contributes to selected change and implementation topics within the MedTech Business Unit, supporting teams through hands-on coordination, coaching on transformation methodologies, and the preparation of clear, actionable status updates and leadership materials.
