We are open to the role being based in Melbourne or Sydney . Overview of our role: The Legal Counsel – Markets role provides commercially focused legal support to our Zinfra business. Zinfra designs, builds, operates and maintains critical energy infrastructure. Working as a close business partner and embedding with the commercial and operational delivery teams you will support Zinfra to win and deliver key energy construction projects and operations/maintenance contracts for critical energy infrastructure. You will exercise strong commercial judgment and assist the business to identify and mitigate contractual risks and protect margins, enabling the business to make confident decisions and ensuring positive delivery outcomes. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver practical and strategic legal solutions. This role will support commercial and operational teams with proactively managing contracts, claims and disputes throughout project lifecycles.
