Location: Warsaw We are looking for an experienced leader to manage a team of Procurement Partners and drive the execution of purchasing strategies within the road transportation category. Main responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of Procurement Partners responsible for executing procurement activities aligned with global targets and agreements. - Implementing category strategies in accordance with global procurement organization guidance. - Supporting the team in gathering and analyzing market and business needs, running tender processes, and facilitating deal implementation. - Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, ensuring compliance with people processes. - Building and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. - Ensuring supplier performance and acting as the commercial escalation point to meet business needs.
