Job description

The Human Resources Administrator will provide administrative support to the HR, Finance, IT, and Purchasing departments, through a variety of tasks and responsibilities in recruiting, purchase orders, invoice tracking and generalized office support. Additionally, the position perform overall office support responsibilities including front desk/reception, greeting of visitors and guests, ordering stocking of office supplies and participation in coordinator of office/departmental events. Essential Functions: - Maintains a strong customer service attitude, enhancing employee relations and providing excellent service to internal and external personnel. - Welcome and orient all visitors and guests consistently with a positive attitude as the “first impression” of the company - Ensures coverage of the phones, mail disbursement, day-to-day flow of activities associated with the front desk. - Mailroom administration to include outbound and inbound mailings and overnight shipping (i.e. UPS, Fed Ex or DHL) - Utilizing and managing the visitor check-in system to keep track of guests entering and exiting the building - Plan and coordinate meetings - Coordinate all arrangements including sched...
