ScrumMaster – Senior: Position / LCAT: ScrumMaster Level: Senior Lead Designation: N/A Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Role Summary: Facilitates daily SCRUM, stand-ups, and meetings to support the Agile Software Development Process. Uses Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions, while training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams. Works closely with the Requirements Engineer and business stakeholders to define and prioritize features, monitors project progress and performance, and assists development teams in maintaining focus and removing obstacles.
