Description Science & Engineering Research Program Manager (SME) – 1 FTE Location: Wright-Patterson AFB, OH (2000 Allbrook Dr, Dayton, OH 45433) Company: Venesco, LLC: Position Overview: Venesco, LLC is seeking a highly qualified Science & Engineering Research Program Manager (SME) to support the Defense Health Program (DHP) Medical Human Performance Portfolio at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This position requires a strong background in systems engineering, research program management, and technical leadership within defense or comparable environments. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline - Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in engineering program management within the Department of Defense (DoD), equivalent industry, or a combination of both - Demonstrated expertise in systems disciplines such as: - Systems Engineering - Human Systems Integration - Modeling and Analysis - Proven ability to develop, review, and approve technical documentation for software and hardware systems, including: - Technical Roadmaps - System Design Documents - Use Cases - System Topologies - Test Plans - Product Transiti...
