Purpose of the role: This role is responsible for driving the practical adoption of AI technologies across Ceres by embedding AI into everyday business operations and working practices. Acting as a hands‑on enablement partner to teams across the organisation, the postholder will work closely with stakeholders to understand current workflows, identify immediate and longer‑term efficiency opportunities, and make AI a natural first consideration when solving problems or designing processes.
