This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and overseeing core accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial analysis. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Operations: Assist in managing daily operations of the Accounting Department Maintain accurate and complete accounting records Support development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and Club policies Supervision & Leadership: Supervise Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) staff Foster effective communication with management, staff, and club members Payroll, AR & AP Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing Oversee posting and payment of invoices and expenses Manage distribution of monthly member statements...
