Description Position Summary: The Human Resources Generalist supports DASCO’s mission by delivering expertise in multi-state payroll processing, employee relations, and leave and benefits administration. This role ensures accurate and compliant payroll execution through Paylocity, while providing responsive support to associates and leaders. The HR Generalist plays a key role in fostering a positive employee experience, maintaining compliance across multiple states, and supporting core HR functions that align with DASCO’s culture and values. Key Responsibilities: Multi-State Payroll Administration (Paylocity) - Process and audit multi-state payroll in Paylocity, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. - Manage payroll changes including new hires, terminations, pay adjustments, bonuses, and deductions. - Reconcile payroll reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues in partnership with Finance. - Maintain compliance with wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements across multiple states. - Support year-end payroll processes including W-2 audits and distribution.
