Roll‑Off Driver 📍 Location: Dade City, FL 💰 Pay: $25+/hour (based on experience) 🕔 Start Time: 5:00 AM 🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday | Occasional Saturdays ⏱ Hours: 50–55 hours per week Waste Connections is currently hiring safety‑conscious Roll‑Off Drivers to join our Pasco East team. Duties & Responsibilities: - Safely operate a Roll‑Off Truck on assigned routes to collect and transport solid waste - Read route sheets and service customers as assigned by dispatch - Deliver and remove roll‑off containers (10–40 yard bins, including compactors) - Operate hydraulic controls to load and unload containers - Perform routine pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment) - Complete landfill and disposal site dumps safely and efficiently - Interact courteously and professionally with customers - Perform other job‑related duties as assigned Working Conditions & Physical Requirements: - Physically demanding role requiring lifting, pushing, or pulling 50+ lbs - Exposure to outside weather conditions, including heat, hum...
