This is a frontline operational leadership role in one of Australia’s busiest container terminals — leading 24/7 terminal operations where safety, productivity and decision-making matter every shift. As the Operations Supervisor, you will be the senior operational leader on shift, responsible for coordinating vessel, yard and landside operations while leading large operational teams in a fast-paced unionised environment. You will make real-time operational decisions, manage competing priorities, respond to incidents, lead safety outcomes and ensure the terminal delivers for customers around the clock.
