Overview Direct Support Professional (DSP): Current Open Schedules: - Part-time 20+ - Week 1: Monday and Tuesday 7:00 am-3:00 pm, Wednesday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm; Week 2: Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Wednesday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm (3213) - Location: Dover, PA - Pay: $19.00 per hour, up to $19.75 per hour with NADSP DSP certification(s) - An extra $1 per hour for eligible 2nd shift and weekend hours What We’re Looking For: As a DSP (Direct Support Professional) in Residential Services, you’ll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes by assisting with daily needs, teaching life skills, encouraging independence, and promoting a safe and meaningful home life. - Entry level, training provided (some positions require experience, read schedule carefully) - A valid driver’s license and 6 months driving experience - 18 years of age - Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection - Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand the English language - Preferred: Previous Personal Care Aide, Caregiver, Direct Support Professional (DSP), or Direct Care Worker experience - Preferred: Knowledge of individuals with intellect...
