Overview The Senior Compensation Analyst provides advanced compensation support to corporate functions and serves as the lead compensation analyst for the LATAM region. This role applies strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and independent judgment to support annual compensation programs, advise stakeholders, and ensure consistent and compliant compensation outcomes.In addition, this role supports Compensation team programs and initiatives, including participation in annual market pricing activities and job architecture maintenance. Responsibilities: Client & Regional Compensation Support: - Act as trusted advisor to HR and business groups, providing recommendations on compensation matters that support business goals and ensure market competitiveness regarding application of compensation policies, practices, and guidelines - Serve as the primary compensation point of contact for the LATAM region, supporting regional needs while aligning with global compensation programs and policies.
