Role Overview: The AMS Early Career team is seeking a highly strategic and dynamic University Relations Specialist to lead and support initiatives that build and strengthen TikTok's university relationships across the Americas. This role will play an integral part in shaping and executing recruiting strategies, creating high-value partnerships with universities, and driving top-of-funnel talent acquisition to fuel TikTok’s global pipeline.
