Integration Specialist - Healthcare (EMR/EHR)

Job description

Tasks EMR Integration & Delivery: - Develop EMR integration using MIRTH Connect and Azure cloud services. - Implement integration solutions connecting hospital systems, third‑party platforms, and ndd's cloud and medical applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements. - Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure system stability and performance. - Maintain integration architecture and documentation in line with internal quality and regulatory standards. Customer & Operational Support: - Partner with Sales to support discovery calls, demos, and RFP responses. - Act as the technical expert for EMR integration capabilities, addressing interoperability, security, and IT architecture questions. - Manage EMR connectivity requests and provide technical support to customer IT teams and internal support services. - Work directly with hospitals, EMR vendors, and third‑party service providers to ensure successful system integration. - Support customers before and after go‑live to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. - Deliver clear documentation and provide training on integration features and w...
