Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repairs, installations and upkeep of various pieces of equipment. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring all equipment, machinery, and systems are well maintained and function efficiently. This position leads a team and is responsible for coordinating and prioritizing maintenance tasks to maintain a safe environment. Essential Duties: Supervises the day-to-day operations of the maintenance shop Streamline operations with a focus on standard operating procedures Provides service estimates and cost specific repair data that supports departmental budget planning Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of internal and external staff Direct work flow of maintenance and repairs and project schedules to completion in a timely manner.
