Job Details: Pay: $18.65/hr HOURS: 2:30 pm. – upon completion of assigned work; Monday-Friday; hours may vary SUMMARY: Responsible for the supply ordering process and inventory management as well as directing the work of the housekeeping associates. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES: · Track inventory of production and packaging supplies · Order and receive supplies. · Monitor and direct all work of housekeeping staff. · Train and coach housekeeping team members · Perform inspections and audits of department area to ensure associates are performing in accordance to standards and SOP’s. · Operate pallet jacks to move pallets of supplies · Other specific duties as required. QUALIFICATIONS: · Ability to carry out essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, within safety guidelines · Proficient computer skills; MS Word, Excel Database, and e-mail · Proven leadership skills with excellent attention to detail · Highly motivated self-starter; eager to initiate new ideas. · Organizational skills · Willingness to work overtime as required.
