Overview Case Manager I - Children's Congregate Care Pay: $24.00/hour: Are you passionate about supporting youth and helping them build a path toward stability and success? YOU Inc. is seeking a Case Manager I to join our Children’s Congregate Care team and provide essential support to youth in residential settings. In this role, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team working to improve the mental health and overall well-being of children and adolescents. You’ll help coordinate services, support treatment goals, and play a key role in ensuring successful transitions back into the community.
