What You’ll Do: The Senior Recruitment Specialist will perform technical work involving general Human Resources support functions. Day-to-day responsibilities will be included, but not be limited to: - Using Workday system in the in-processing for employees, including volunteers/interns. Making employment offers. Notifying candidates of pre-employment requirements. Ensuring applicants’ eligibility for employment. Ensuring all required verifications are provided before processing the hire. Serving as liaison between the candidate and hire manager to determine a start date. Entering new hires, rehires, transfers, and promotions in Workday. Processing actions in Workday inbox by due dates. Ensuring each new candidate receives access to Workday.
