Description Department: Athletic Department: Job Status: Open until filed: FLSA Status: Salaried: Reports To: Head Coach: Grade/Level: n/a: Amount of Travel Required: Full Time Work Schedule: July 1 – June 30 Positions Supervised: n/a: POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the program, including but not limited to recruiting, schedule, training, monitoring academic progress, promotions, fundraising and coaching team members. The Assistant Coach is required to abide by the rules and regulations established by Benedictine College, the Heart of America Athletic Conference (Heart) and the NAIA. Benedictine College is a member of the NAIA. This is a full time, twelve-month position.
