Helping Hands provides HOPE and CARE through personal, trauma-informed programs to individuals experiencing homelessness. Our programs are Trauma-Informed, Data-Driven, and Person-Centered. We take the time to learn each individual's story and help connect them to the appropriate local resources and services to meet their unique needs. We do not duplicate available services; instead, we build strong collaborative partnerships with local programs and foster connections between participants and our community partners. The Safety ( Security) Specialist ensures the safety and security of residents, staff, and visitors to the facility while fostering a supportive, person-centered and trauma-informed environment. This role involves monitoring the premises, responding to various safety incidents, and assisting with emergency preparedness and daily safety operations.
