Job description

Senior Managers are responsible for completing the team's assigned work with high quality within the timeframe required. This involves leading teams throughout their day to day activity and decisions within their respective workstreams. They direct the team in such a way that encourages teamwork, motivates team members, and provides controls to ensure the success of the work under development. They have the responsibility for maintenance and enhancement of existing platforms including design decisions, future state workflows, process standardization, identification of data standardization opportunities and implementation of solutions within their assigned area, serve as the primary lead with ownership of the associated deliverables and ensure interdependencies with other workstreams and teams are successfully managed. Responsible for process design and organization design decisions that align to the program and/or departmental goals.
