Description Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building materials company, is seeking a qualified Millwork Field Installation Coordinator. Coordinates installation function while working toward achieving sales goals and budgets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Requirements: Benefits: - Visits job sites before, during, and after installations to ensure quality standards are satisfactory and projects are being completed on time. - Reviews installation orders or schedules to ascertain resources necessary to complete project on time. Plans installation operations, establishing priorities and sequences for installed products. - Reviews reports and resolves problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent installation delays. - Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards. - Ensures safety procedures are followed, in accordance with OSHA regulations. - Manages employees and/or sub-contractors during the installation function and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the work produced at site.
