Why LRI?: - Impactful and Stable Work: As an Equipment Operator, you’ll directly contribute to the landfill's operations and your community ’s waste management needs. - Union Position & Competitive Pay: Starting at $30.12 per hour (80% of the union contract rate), you’ll earn $33.89 per hour (90%) after 6 months and $37.65 per hour (100%) after one year.
