About Hatch Hatch builds AI agents that sell, support and engage - not just behind the scenes, but in the wild with your customers. We’re growing fast and looking for a sharp Enterprise Account Executive to own our most strategic accounts and close deals that move the needle. You’ll join a tight knit GTM team scaling fast, and play a hands-on role in shaping how the best brands modernize customer engagement with Hatch’s AI agents. What You’ll Do: Own the full sales cycle : from prospecting to close across inbound and outbound opportunities Partner with GTM teammates (SDRs, Marketing, and Leadership) to execute on a tight, high-quality pipeline strategy Consistently hit and exceed quota , building a repeatable playbook for overachievement. Travel strategically for key deals, on-sites and major industry events. Work in person with sales leadership approx 50-70% of the time. What We’re Looking For: 6-8+ years of experience in a closing role within SaaS (AI or MarTech preferred) A proven track record of closing six-figure+ deals.
