Senior System Engineer - Airworthiness & Certification Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer on the Chinook Airworthiness & Certification Team to join our team in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania . This position will apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to the full range of activities required to support Airworthiness Certification for various customers of the H47 Chinook aircraft. Position Responsibilities: Critical thinking, problem solving, change management, project management, influencing without authority, & consultation Ability to communicate concisely in writing, verbally, one-on-one, in small groups, and to large audiences Experience managing, developing, motivating and communicating responsibilities to team members Maintain situational awareness of the overall program and critical path sequencing Proactively communicate with various leadership team/s, peers and customers Collaborate with various IPTs to ensure certification requirements are integrated in design and test of aircraft systems This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
