Summary: The Account Manager will be responsible for the relationship between Manhattan Associates and its clients and prospects. They will develop and expand relationships at all levels. They responsible for identifying, developing and closing opportunities for Manhattan Associates software products and services. Essential duties and responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Develop and execute an appropriate strategic and tactical account plan and roadmap for assigned accounts/prospects. Analyze, understand the account power map and develop relationship at all levels of the account including Executive level.
