The Contract Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of public sector and commercial contracts across multiple business units, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for contract interpretation, lifecycle management, and compliance oversight across both pre-award and post-award activities. This position partners closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Pricing, and Operations teams to support public sector strategies, manage contractual risk, and ensure operational execution. The Contract Manager plays a key role in maintaining contract integrity, supporting audits, improving contract processes, and providing direction to contract analysts and administrators.
