- Support HDR candidates from admission through to completion. - Work at the centre of a complex, collaborative environment. - Full-time appointment on a fixed term basis for 12 months. - Base salary range: $83,212 – $92,231 p.a. plus 17% superannuation. About the area: The HDR Support Officer provides administrative support for the effective delivery and management of Higher Degree by Research (HDR) programs within the Graduate Research School. Operating within a well-defined regulatory and policy environment, the role is responsible for providing administrative support to key processes across the HDR student lifecycle, including admissions, enrolment, candidature management, scholarship administration, milestone tracking, examinations, and compliance with institutional and government requirements. This position requires a working knowledge of university policies, research training frameworks, and reporting obligations. The HDR Support Officer works collaboratively with academic units, central services, and external stakeholders to ensure a high-quality experience for HDR candidates and supervisors.
