Goodwill Southern California is seeking a Shift Lead – Fleet to support daily transportation operations and provide functional leadership to Class A and bobtail drivers. This working lead helps ensure routes are completed safely, on time, and in alignment with service standards. What You’ll Do: - Provide daily direction to Class A and bobtail drivers to ensure route completion and safety compliance. - Lead shift start-up meetings, communicate goals, and support route coordination. - Assist with loading/unloading trailers and securing freight. - Monitor workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety practices. - Train drivers on safety, customer service, and operational standards. - Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment; conduct safety inspections. - Drive a bobtail truck when coverage is needed. - Maintain accurate records and support documentati...
