The Tote Repair Technician is responsible for inspecting, cleaning, repairing, and maintaining intermediate bulk containers (IBCs/totes) to ensure they meet company standards for reuse. This role plays a key part in our efforts to support sustainability, customer satisfaction, and safe handling of industrial containers. EDUCATION: Required: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) EXPERIENCE: Required: Preferred: - Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment - 1-2 years of experience in an industrial environment - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety - Mechanical aptitude and basic repair experience POSITION REQUIREMENT(S): Specialized Skills/License/Certification: - Unrestricted employment authorization to work in the US - Be at least 18 years of age - Forklift certification or willingness to obtain a forklift certification. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor - Project a professional appearance with the ability to represent our company in a posit...
