Are you passionate about sustainability and want to make a real impact on large-scale public construction projects? We’re seeking a Project Manager II – Sustainability to support exciting capital improvement projects under a major bond program. *Salary Range: $160K/Year-$175K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications Hybrid Schedule : One (1) work-from-home (WFH) day per week Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple sustainability-focused construction projects (typically $1M–$30M) - Oversee projects from planning and design through construction and closeout - Ensure alignment with sustainability goals and green building initiatives - Monitor budget, schedule, and overall project performance - Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies - Review contracts, project documents, and construction progress - Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and construction teams - Provide clear reporting on project status, costs, and timelines - Support compliance with regulatory agencies such as DSA Requirements: - Mi...
