Benefits: The Store Manager is responsible for the operation of a profitable store that is focused on benefiting the community with a fashion resale option that keeps clothing out of the landfill and offers fashion that everyone can afford. The store manager recruits, hires, guides, leads and trains a team of assistant managers, buyers and sales associates delivering stellar customer service. This position is responsible for overseeing the buying process of gently used clothing, shoes and accessories for our core demographic of teen and young adults. The store manager along with a team of assistant managers are responsible for the oversight of day to day store operations, achieving sales, buying and profitability goals, customer acquisition and customer retention. Accountable for inventory quality control, budgeting, including labor cost and operational expenses.
