We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team and help keep our shop running smoothly. Position Summary: The Collision Estimator plays a key role in our day-to-day operations by managing repair plans and customer expectations. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy with data entry, ability to work with insurance companies, and a customer service mindset. Prior experience estimating and working with insurance companies is a plus. Responsibilities: - Estimate the cost of repairs, including labor and parts. - Prepare and submit repair cost blueprints, including labor and parts. - Communicate with customers, vendors, and insurance companies. - Review and negotiate repair costs with insurance adjusters. - Prepare detailed repair plans and reports. - Follow up with customers to schedule repairs. - Answer phones and provide professional customer service. - Manage customer expectations and CSI scores.
