How You Will Make an Impact: The wet plant supervisor is an interictal part of our leadership team. They will provide oversite to all plant operations during their shift as well as supporting and assisting process operators, lab technicians, and superintendents in daily plant activities. Key Responsibilities: - Assure that new employees are tasked trained, have been assigned a mentor, and are wearing the required green hardhats until training is complete - Direct supervision of heavy equipment operators, lab technicians, and process operators in both wet and dry plants.
