OPS is dedicated to developing custom photonic hardware for US Government applications. In this role, you will contribute to the development and construction of photonic hardware, supporting both research and development laboratory efforts and production programs. Responsibilities: Fabrication and Integration: - Independently fabricate intricate fiber optic subassemblies and integrate them with electrical and mechanical components for breadboard, prototype, and production units. Testing and Documentation: - Perform optical and electrical testing as specified by work instructions. Organize, document, and present data for review and analysis by design and test engineers.
