This position is located in Bethesda, MD. This role supports the USCG Domestic Icebreaker Program. The ideal candidate does not need to be a subject matter expert but should possess a general familiarization with hazard analysis processes, safety tools, and engineering principles. You will work to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure the safety of systems and equipment throughout their lifecycle. Responsibilities: Hazard Analysis & Risk Management (MIL-STD-882) Perform and support system safety analyses in accordance with MIL-STD-882 tasks, including: Task 101: Review hazard analyses and test documentation for validity.
