Job Description: The Manager of BioMed Contracting serves as the primary liaison and administrative navigator for the Division of Biology and Medicine’s (Division) contracting workflow, acting as the central processing hub for the management of a diverse range of agreements. This role is responsible for the hands-on coordination between Division departments, University administrators, and legal offices, ensuring that contracts and agreements move efficiently from initial request to final execution. The Manager handles the day-to-day administrative requirements of the contracting process, ensuring each document meets specific University guidelines and that all necessary internal approvals are secured. The Manager processes and tracks a variety of agreements, including stand-alone contracts, Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), Facilities/Equipment Use Agreements, Release Time Agreements (RTAs), and Purchased Services Agreements (PSAs).
