As a CNA , you will play an important role in monitoring vital signs, fostering meaningful connections with residents, and championing their overall well-being. What you’ll do: - Ensure resident care is the best it can be by following the care plan. - Get to know our residents by sharing stories with them while providing comfort, transportation, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living needs. - Contribute to community harmony by providing emotional and social support to residents. - Help residents with personal hygiene, such as providing bedpans and helping them bathe. - Safely lift and reposition residents as necessary. - Provide adjunct patient care as needed. - Have an eagle eye and taking notice when resident behaviors change and letting shift leaders know.
