The HR Intern will directly assist with a wide range of projects, including recruiting, on-boarding/orientation and employee engagement. Duties & Responsibilities: Perform general HR administrative functions (file management, benefits administration) Help prepare documents using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Provide assistance and support to the recruitment process; reviewing resumes and job descriptions, posting job ads, helping to schedule interviews and create interview guides, sending applicant correspondence May help develop recruitment materials Support the onboarding and new hire process; send offer letters, create new hire packets Assist in off-boarding efforts through exit interviews and record updates Assist with planning and executing teammate events Performs other related duties as assigned QualificationsRequired Skills & Abilities: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and resume databases Excellent interper...
