We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Charnwood to assist with the appointment of a Principal Planning Officer , on a 2.5-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £40.69 - £54.00 per hour Summary: We are seeking an experienced Principal Planning Officer to support the delivery of major development and development management services. The role involves managing complex planning applications, providing expert planning advice, leading negotiations on major schemes, preparing committee reports, and representing the Council at appeals, hearings, and public inquiries.
