SUMMARY: Mortenson is looking to add a Project Finance Operations (PFO) Manager. This individual will be responsible for leading the Project Finance Operations Accountants with the support of Project Finance Operations Supervisors for multiple operating groups, managing relationships with key business stakeholders, and ensuring key project finance operations metrics are met and that all risk and issues are sufficiently mitigated. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and develop a team of PFO Accountants and Supervisors who support the finance and accounting needs of multiple project teams managing multi-year construction projects ranging in size from $2M to $200M+ Understanding of scope and areas of work included within contracts, as well as other contractual requirements to advise PFO accountants and project teams on the best methods for project setup in the financial applications. Oversee the preparation of monthly project billings, in accordance with contractual requirements for both cost based and fixed price contracts. Ensure that all costs are billed on a timely basis.
