Job Description: - Provide first-level technical support to employees (hardware, software, and basic network issues). - Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, meeting rooms, and mobile devices. - Support IT ticketing system by logging, tracking, and resolving user incidents. - Help maintain inventory of IT equipment and peripherals in our krakow office. - Collaborate with our senior IT staff on projects such as system upgrades for our meeting technology - Document solutions and create user-friendly guides for common issues.
