Responsibilities: General Summary: The Program & Relations Manager is responsible for developing Solect’s contractor program framework and enabling a strong partner ecosystem by expanding and supporting Solect Energy’s network of electrical and mechanical contractors. This role focuses on sourcing and onboarding new contractors and building strong, mutually beneficial relationships that support construction capacity, safety, quality, and long-term growth.
