When you mentor and advise multiple technical teams and move financial technologies forward, it’s a big challenge with big impact. You were made for this. As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Workforce Technology Team, you are an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives. Job responsibilities: - Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems. - Improve, design, optimize, and deliver solutions using the SaaS Oracle HCM Learning Cloud application. - Maintain business processes, including configuration documents, JIRA practices, and SR tracking. - Consult and sustain Oracle HCM Learning Cloud and curate new features introduced in quarterly releases in partnership with the Learning Product Team....
