100% FTE, Monday - Friday, typically 8 hour shifts during business hours. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Procedure/Surgical Services Supervisor to: - Help lead the day-to-day operations and coordination of patient care services. - Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice. - Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among disciplines regarding identification, planning and provision of high quality, cost-effective care. - Utilize your strong professional communication and collaboration skills to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts, train/mentor staff, and resolve patient concerns. - Be able to perform procedures, moderate sedation, critical thinking and overall flow. - Be an effective member of the Endoscopy management team, fostering a customer/patient focused perspective and ensuring a strong commitment to organizational service standards.
